Terms & Conditions for AI Smile Challenge

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING AI SMILE CHALLENGE BY THE STORY BOX CO. (“TSBC”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the AI Smile Challenge Photo Booth (“the Booth”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Booth.

2. Photo and Data Usage

  • By taking a photo at the Booth, you grant us the right to collect and store your image for the purpose of analysis, ranking, and display on the leaderboard.

  • You agree that your photo and smile ranking may be featured publicly on our microsite, digital screens, or promotional materials unless you request otherwise.

  • If you provide your name and/or email address, you consent to receive a downloadable version of your photo and smile ranking via email. Your email will not be sold or shared with third parties.

3. Content Moderation

  • The Booth is intended for light-hearted, family-friendly use. Offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content (including gestures, clothing, or props) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove or block any photos deemed inappropriate.

4. Ranking System

  • The AI smile scoring system is for entertainment purposes only. Rankings are algorithmically generated and may not reflect subjective views of attractiveness, happiness, or personal value.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, branding, and graphic elements related to the AI Smile Challenge are owned by The Story Box Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

6. Liability

  • While we aim to provide a seamless and fun experience, we are not liable for any data loss, technical issues, or inaccuracies in the smile ranking.

  • Use of the Booth is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred while using the Booth.

7. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Photos and personal information will be stored securely and used only for the intended purposes described above.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Booth constitutes acceptance of any changes.
