To all our ❤️ brides, grooms, party goers and event planners.

With the recent developments around the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Singapore has also been significantly effected. This is truly an unfortunate time for individuals and businesses and everyone is feeling some effect of this situation.

We want our customers and potential customers to know that during this time, we are supporting you as much as we can. Therefore, we have put the following policies and guideline into place:

With the recent developments around the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Singapore has also been significantly effected. This is truly an unfortunate time for individuals and businesses and everyone is feeling some effect of this situation.

We want our customers and potential customers to know that during this time, we are supporting you as much as we can. Therefore, we have put the following policies and guideline into place:

For Existing Events

1. If your event is forced to be cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid-19, we will be offering you the ability to change your date. The deposit you have previously paid will be transferred to any future bookings you have with us and this is not time bound.

2. If your event was paid in full and you choose to cancel your event and not reschedule due to Covid-19 related issues, all funds will be refunded except for the initial deposit.

3. If you are not sure if your event can proceed as planned, please get in touch to discuss moving your booking forward to later date. We will do our best to accommodate and work with you to make this as painless as possible. If you are still proceeding with your current event, we’re ready to go!

A side note, we have suffered big losses but we are pretty flexible and obliging to cancellation cases, but we strongly encourage our couples to postpone with no time bound penalties or consider selling the package to your friends/relatives instead.

We sincerely hope that our couples can allow us some time to make arrangements.

We understand there is a lot of uncertainty in the industry right now and we want our clients to be able to secure us for events without feeling backed into a corner if circumstances change.

Should you wish to book us for a party, wedding or activation in the future, we’re now offer good booking incentives and flexible terms to get you on your way.

Safety Measures

The Story Box Co. understands the importance of health and safety during this Covid-19 which is why we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of our clients and events. To prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, we have implemented new measures to make your event both safe and fun!

Each activation is operated by one of our trained staff, who can start the session for your guests without them ever touching our equipment. You can also take advantage of our QR code scanning for instant download of the photos. This eliminates guests from interacting with any surface entirely.⁠

The use of physical props is currently suspended at events until further notice. We instead encourage our client to take advantage of our AR digital prop features to add fun designs to every activation.; available on all our Digital Photo Booths.⁠

We have rolled out new sanitary guidelines for our staff that include washing hands after setup is complete and using hand sanitiser after any direct contact with guests. Any staff experiencing even the slightest flu like symptoms will be removed from our events. All touch surfaces are wiped down and disinfected regularly at events.⁠

We think washing your hands thoroughly and often is the best prevention for the spread of viruses. We can always add a reminder for your guests when they get their photo of maybe a popup right after the photo is taken.⁠

Disinfect all equipment prior, throughout and the end of each event.

Staff are instructed to sanitise after direct contact with any of the guest.
