1. If your event is forced to be cancelled or rescheduled due to Covid-19, we will be offering you the ability to change your date. The deposit you have previously paid will be transferred to any future bookings you have with us and this is not time bound.
2. If your event was paid in full and you choose to cancel your event and not reschedule due to Covid-19 related issues, all funds will be refunded except for the initial deposit.
3. If you are not sure if your event can proceed as planned, please get in touch to discuss moving your booking forward to later date. We will do our best to accommodate and work with you to make this as painless as possible. If you are still proceeding with your current event, we’re ready to go!
A side note, we have suffered big losses but we are pretty flexible and obliging to cancellation cases, but we strongly encourage our couples to postpone with no time bound penalties or consider selling the package to your friends/relatives instead.
